PARENT/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT
I have received and read the following documents and policies, and understand that failure to abide by these policies may result in a twirlers’ suspension or expulsion from the Central Maine Twirling Corps.
STUDENT AGREEMENT
Ages 10 and Over: I have read the rules and I know what is expected of me while participating in twirling classes, additional practices and performances as a member of the Central Maine Twirling Corps.
Under Age 10: My parent/guardian has talked to me about the rules and I know what is expected of me while participating in twirling classes and performances as a member of the Central Maine Twirling Corps.
